He’s at a battle of the bands and his band ties with another band. A guy from the other band criticizes theo for letting random girls kiss him but theo says he doesn’t see the harm if they ask first which the guy finds laughable. Later that night when everyone is leaving, Theo is waiting for his ride and is shivering. The guy offers him his jacket which Theo begrudgingly accepts. When he puts it on, the guy adjusts his collar and the tension rises. At that point, the guy asks Theo if he’s so liberal about kissing any girl that asks, if he would ever kiss a guy. Theo thinks about it for a second and then he nods so they kiss. Then ofc as is the law of storytelling, his ride comes by and Theo’s just kind of 😳 and quiet the whole night. Then he kind of has this identity crisis spanning a few weeks, throughout which he keeps seeing the guy and wrestling with complex questions like “girl very hot…but guy also hot…? But I still think girl hot???” and “if I like girls, why do i keep coming over to sleep with this guy almost every night?” etc etc and because i’m evil, when he’s finally accepting that he’s bi, the guy and his band are going on tour for a few months. Theo feels kind of like “what am I supposed to do now…” about it cos to him his life is like radically changed but in the end they compete at one last battle of the bands and the story would cut off before you knew who won
